information the enclosed 10 copies of the revised Prospectus

of the Hongkong College of Medicine for Chinese. I am glad to

be in a position to report that the licentiates of the College

who have obtained positions in the Service of this Goverment

spreading among the Chinese a knowledge of and confidence in
